Citizens as a guide to reimbursements in health care

In March 2015 an expert stakeholder workshop was held to inform experts, stakeholders and policy makers of the ideas and recommendations that had been made by citizens during the CitizenLab.

Through reflection and dialogue they were able to weigh up the results and consider what the priorities should be.

As a result, the participants were able to take the research and development process on to the next step by considering possible responses and courses of action to meet the challenges the citizens had identified. The results from this process were: an activity model, a reflective account of alternative financing sources and an initial version of an "agenda for change".
